Characteristics of the Machine

These CNC lathes are designed based on years of experience with the production lathes with rotating large diameter and length of the workpiece. These lathes offer a really great working performance with high torque during machining. Solid cast iron bed ensures high machine rigidity, so that even when roughing-intensive operations can be achieved on a large working precision. The entire machine structure is plotted down to the smallest detail, so that the machine operator was the most effective.

They are suitable for serial processing of long and massive piece of heavy industry.

Lathes are manufactured in several versions, with each series offers a wide choice of main engine power and average drilling spindle.

All major parts, such as bed, slide, headstock are iron castings, which are internally reinforced to resist bending and damped vibration generated during machining.

The castings are hardened to 50-52 HRC, which provides a very high accuracy machining. Bed, slide, headstock, pedestal and other parts are cast in a mold with resin sand.





Guideways is based on exactly grinded surfaces with a guiding direction of the type of box way (right-angled lines). Sliding surfaces of the working table, cross slide and spindle are coated by plastic Turcite B. The advantage of this design is the fluidity and rigidity of the displacements, low vibration and long-term accuracy. Larger models have a separate path for travel of tailstock.

The machine is equipped with an automatic central lubrication system that provides powerful automatic lubrication ball screw and sliding surfaces and a separate lubrication system for the individual components of the headstock. The oil temperature is monitored with a temperature sensor.
